Mit dem städtebaulichen Rahmenplan „Pasinger Rundwege“ und der strukturellen Feinuntersuchung des Pasinger Rathauses wird im Rahmen des Integrativen Stadtentwicklungskonzeptes (ISEK) das Ziel gesetzt die Aufenthaltsqualität und Attraktivität des Pasinger Zentrums zu stärken. Ein sekundäres Fußwegenetz in den Blockinnenbereichen sorgt für flächendeckende Durchwegungsmöglichkeiten und eine verbesserte Vernetzung des öffentlichen Raumes. Der Rathausblock kann durch seine besondere Rolle diesen Entwicklungsprozess initiieren und langfristig prägen. The urbanistic framework plan ‚Pasinger Rundwege‘ and the structural analysis of the town hall in Pasing aim - in the context of the Integrative Urban Development Concept (ISEK) - at improving the qualities and the attractiveness of its city center. A secondary system of paths throughout the interior of the city blocks offers an area-wide connection and networking of public space. In the meantime the town hall complex can initiate and affect the development process long term because of its cultural importance. |
